Membership

Club Membership

As an Incorporated Society our Club is structured around financial members. By becoming a Financial Club Member, you have access to our session memberships as well as discounted Court Hire. Becoming a Financial Club Member is by far the cheapest way of playing badminton and also gives you voting rights as the AGM and any SGM's that might be called.

Monday Club Night Membership

Once you are a Financial Member, you have access become a Monday Club Night member. This gives you access to inclusive Monday Club Night sessions for the period of your membership.

Wednesday Ladder Competition

Once you are a Financial Member, you have access become a Wednesday Ladder Competition member. This gives you access to inclusive Monday Club Night sessions for the period of your membership.

Membership Term

Memberships can be purchased either yearly or monthly. In either case the membership starts on the day that you purchase your membership. Your renewal will be either the yearly or monthly anniversary of this day. If you have chosen to pay monthly, you do not receive voting rights at AGM & SGM's until 1 year of continuing membership has passed.

Membership Renewal

Membership renewals are managed through the Hello Club app. This will send you reminders by email in advance of your membership requiring renewal. The Hello Club app has the ability to auto renew your membership if you have chosen that option and will also automatically take payment if you have saved your card details. 

Membership Management

Members self-manage their memberships and information through the Hello Club app. Please ensure that you keep your information up-to-date and that you know what settings you have selected on your account. Memberships will continue to renew automatically if that is what you have selected!

Membership Cancelation

When a member decides to cease their membership, they must stop the membership in the Hello Club app. When this is done, there is no need to put into writing an official resignation from the club.
